The rent terms are as follow:
The apartments are available on the arrival day starting from 1 pm and have to be left free on the departure day within 9.00 am
Prices include:
The usage of the apartment with kitchen area equipped with dishware, coffee machine
Consumption: energy , water, heating ( only during winter season)
Washing machine
Iron
Hairdryer
TV sat - wi fi
Deposit for bikes
Ski room with ski boot heater
Final cleaning of the apartment
The cleaning of the kitchen and of the dishware is not provided, clients are responsible for that;
The kitchen area and the refrigerator have to be left clean. In case of insufficient or incomplete cleaning, we charge euro 50.00
In the apartments you don’t find towels
Outside parking place
To confirm your booking, it is necessary to provide a deposit by bank transfer.
The balance has to be paid on the arrival day.
